Paneer Tikka | On Tava | Quick & Simple | Starter RecipeIf you going out to an Indian restaurant & get confused on what to order.. needless to say maximum times we end up eating paneer tikka or any other paneer dish ! 🙈
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 12 cubes Paneer
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Capsicum
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp red chilli, turmeric, chaat masala, garam masala, salt & coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, kasuri meethi & ajwain/carom seeds.
- 1 tbsp besan/gram flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- For marination: Take a bowl add curd all spices , add veggies & mix everything well & keep it for rest for 30 minutes.
- Now add besan & mix again.
- Take toothpicks & put veggies in the toothpick. (layer them all 4 veggies in 1 toothpick)
- Heat tava / pan , grease some oil & put these paneer tikka.
- Cook from all the sides till they are brownish in color.
- It's done !
