Mutton Boti Kebab Recipe
Thoroughly marinated, mutton cubes are cooked and then grilled on a skewer.

Ingredients
- 250 Gram Boneless mutton
- 1/2 cup Onion fried
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/4 cup Besan roasted
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp Cloves crushed
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- Desi ghee
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Raw papaya grated
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
Instructions
- Take the garlic, ginger along with raw papaya and grind them together to a paste.
- To marinate, put mutton with the ground ginger, garlic and papaya paste in a thick bottomed bowl,
- Add salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, cinnamon powder, cloves along with coriander powder, black pepper powder and cardamom powder. Mix it together thoroughly.
- Now add curd followed by fried onion to the bowl and mix again.
- Add roasted besan to the bowl and continue to mix again.
- Keep aside the mixture for about 6 hours to marinate well.
- Post marination, grill the kebabs at 300 degree C for 25 minutes or until tender.
- Serve hot with onion rings, lemon wegdes and mint chutney.
