- 1 spoon oil
- 4 potatoes
- 1 tbsp jeera/cumin
- 1 pinch hing
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp salt/as per your taste
For making buttermilk/mattha
- 1 cup dahi/curd
- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp salt/as per taste
Instructions
- Heat oil, add jeera & hing.
- Add potatoes , green chillies & salt
- Mix them & let it get cooked for 5-7 mins
- Now add all the spices & mix
- Put the lid & let it get cooked till potatoes are half cooked
- Now add mattha & stir it continuously till u get first boil.
- Again put the lid & cook for like 20 mins or till potatoes are cooked perfectly
