Marinated chicken curry šŸ—!!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken (boneless)
  • 1/2 cup CurdĀ 
  • 2 teaspoon Chilli powderĀ 
  • to taste salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 pics OnionĀ 
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic pasteĀ 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masalaĀ 
  • 2 teaspoon FenugreekĀ 
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oilĀ 
  • few-Cumin seeds

Instructions

Marinated Chicken :

  • Ā Marinate the chicken with curd, chilli powder and salt.
  • Add finely cut tomato and onions.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry till golden brown.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and fry, till oil comes out.
  • Ā Keep stirring in between and lots of water will come out.After it becomes dry, cook it, in slow flame and cover all the time.
  • This makes the cooking time faster.
  • When fully cooked, you will see oil on the side of the pan.
  • Then add the kasuri methi and add 1 cup of water.
  • Allow it to boil for 5 more mins
  • serve it hot!
