Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic and Red chilli
  • 1 cup Potatoes
  • 1 cup cup matar/green peas
  • 1 Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder

Instructions

  • Heat oil & add jeera, hing, garlic & green chillies.
  • Mix well, add potatoes & turmeric powder.
  • Cover & cook till potatoes are half done.
  • Add matar and other spices again cover & cook till potatoes are fully cooked
