  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 Cloves
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp green Chillies
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin ppowder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 20 Paneer cubes
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1/4 tsp black peppercorn crushed
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • Water as per need
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • Pour oil in a pan.
  • Saute onion in it till golden brown. Grind the onion to make a paste.
  • Take cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick and the onion paste in the pan of oil
  • Saute them well and add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Mix thoroughly. Add curd followed by cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chillie powder, salt and garam masala
  • Mix them well and add black pepper powder
  • Saute and add paneer cubes.
  • Pour some cream over the paneer mixture.
  • Add water to form a gravy followed by crushed black peppercorn.
  • Cover the pan with foil paper and the lid. Let it cook.
  • Open the pan with simmering gravy and add mint leaves and coriander leaves to it.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
