Carrot Pakoda

Ingredients
- 1 cup Grated carrot
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 2-3 Chopped green chillies
- Chopped Coriander-hand full
- Chopped curry leafs – hand full
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 5 tbsp Gram(besan) flour
- 1&1/2 tbsp Ginger, garlic paste
- salt as per taste
- 1 pinch Baking powder
Instructions
- Clean and grated the carrots
- In bowl take a grated carrot
- Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped Coriander, chopped curry leafs, ginger garlic paste, salt, baking soda, besan flour, rice flour.
- Mix well
- Moisture in carrot is enough for dough. If required add water.
- In pan heat oil
- Drop small portion of dough in oil.
- Deep fry till golden brown
- Serve it with tomato ketchup
