Perfect with any meal Quick yet very tasty bharwa(stuffed) mirchi. I have used #bhavnagari mirchi. Also you can store them in fridge for like 3-4 days.
- 3 tbsp besan/gram flour
- 1 tsp of salt red chilli powder, coriander powder & amchur powder each
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 spoon oil
- Dry roast the besan. Add all the other dry ingredients & mix well
- Slit the chillies & stuff this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan & shallow fry the mirchis till they are golden brown from all sides.
- Its done!
