Ingredients

  • For stuffing
  • 1 cup boiled rajma/kidney beans
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon oil
  • For frankie base:
  • 1 cup wheat & all purpose flour/maida
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water for kneading
  • Toppings:
  • Cheese
  • Mayo
  • Spread of your choice
  • Onions

Instructions

  • Knead a soft dough & keep it for rest for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile for stuffing heat oil , add all the ingredients & mix well.
  • While mixing mash the stuffing.
  • Roll the dough and keep it slightly thick like you roll for paratha
  • Now take a pan/ tava add some oil & cook the frankie base from both the sides (like you cook parathas)
  • Once the frankie base is cooked add some pasta sauce & mayo. (You can add any sauce of your choice)
  • Add the stuffing , cheese some onions & roll it.
  • It’s done!
